Position Objective:
The intern will lend support to general Customer Relationship Management and Marketing tasks, market research analysis, data analysis, reporting, resource allocation, database management, project management, process improvement activities, project analysis, design and implementation, as well as assist in ongoing process workflows
Primary Responsibilities:
  • Support of general Customer Relations Management activities
  • Analysis of original and third-party market research data
  • Creation of reports for the top management
  • Questionnaire drafting and revision in coordination with other departments
  • Preparation and follow-up of project meetings
  • Creation and monitoring of online customer surveys
  • Planning, conducting and analyzing employee surveys
  • Independent project management on market research projects
